Instructions for authors

Instructions for Oral presentations Please report at the registration desk one day before your presentation and hand in your presentation on a CD-ROM or USB memory stick. For organizational reasons, personal notebooks cannot be used for presentations. A copy of your presentation will be made available on the PC installed in the respective conference room. Speakers are requested to come to their oral session at least 10 minutes prior to its beginning and identify themselves to the chair. The time for oral presentations has been set to 20 minutes i.e. 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion. Instructions for Poster presentations Posters are displayed in the poster area in two different sessions: Poster Session I on Tuesday 26 August 2008, 13:45 – 15:45. Posters for this session should be mounted on Monday morning and left on display until Tuesday evening. Poster Session II on Thursday 28 August 2008, 13:45 – 15:45 Posters for this session should be mounted on Wednesday morning and left on display until Thursday evening. Presenting authors are kindly asked to be available to present their poster during the poster sessions. The poster boards are 200 cm high and 100 cm wide, thus the proposed poster dimensions are: height 150 cm and width 90 cm.
